How It Works

There are seventeen 21-day cycles in a year. At American Real, we view every 21-days as a new experience of growth. It takes four 21-day cycles to form a new habit. Whatever new habit or transformation you are looking to make, the LIVE TRIBE is here to support you.

Cycle 1: The 21-Day Experience

This cycle is named The Seed of Intention and is where your new experience begins. You’ll go LIVE within our private Facebook group for 60-seconds each day, for the 21-day period. During that time, you’ll find that you’ll build skills of confidence, accountability, self-awareness and transparency. Once your free trial expires, you’ll select your desired membership package and officially enter The Cycles where you’ll be connected with the entire group of high-achieving LIVE TRIBERS from around the world. With each 21-day cycle, you’ll become more intentional about your content and delivery of your LIVE videos.

About the Cycles

Earl Nightingale said it best in his recording of The Strangest Secret. He said, “The human mind is much like a farmer’s land. The land gives the farmer a choice. He may plant in that land whatever he chooses. The land doesn’t care what is planted. It’s up to the farmer to make the decision. The mind, like the land, will return what you plant, but it doesn’t care what you plant.” The purpose of the LIVE TRIBE can be likened to a farmer’s crop. In Cycle 1, you will plant the Seed of intention and with it, watch yourself grow through the practice of posting LIVE videos within the group.

LIVE videos are not only a brilliant way to connect, they are your real-time window to the world. In the instant of pressing the LIVE button, you can broadcast your message across the entire planet. In addition, going LIVE represents your most authentic self, as it captures you in the present moment, which is invaluable. This practice over time contributes to your becoming present at all times and therefore being able to attain ongoing happiness and completeness of living in the now, versus living in the past, the future or constantly in fear.

Melissa Killeleagh

Mother, daughter, educator, marketer, consultant, and lover of life are a few of the many hats I wear. Born in Buffalo, NY, I first fell in love with the Fingerlakes at the age of 16 visiting a friend at Ithaca College. After finishing my undergraduate degree there five years later, I left for the West Coast having accepted a full-time position with Americorps in San Francisco. I also lived and worked on St. Helena’s island in South Carolina before returning to the Fingerlakes region (I often think there’s something in the water!). After I completed a graduate degree at Binghamton University, I worked for ten years in finance, volunteered in my community, spent time falling in love with the Fingerlakes, traveled, and began building a part-time business with Arbonne International. Several years ago, I retired myself from the “9 to 5” and decided to commit to my career in the network marketing industry. There is nothing that compares to the time freedom that allows me to invest my time where and how and with whom I choose, especially once my son arrived in 2016. As a “mompreneur,” I believe that the greatest difference I get to make in this world is being present in his life full-time while showing people how to dust off their dreams and build a life by design with a wall of financial security around it.
